Bloom featured a finely planned selection of over 120 home sites ranging from 248m2 to 959m2 appealing to busy professionals, growing families and those who’ve earned time to stop and smell the roses. It was aspect, activity, access and absolute piece of mind.

Diverse streetscapes linked home, community and parkland to modern town centres in a location where infections energy and healthy living dominated the landscape.
